Getting started with Mortal Deeds is easy. Sign up, and book onto an upcoming adventure.

Sign up
Start by heading over to the Sign up page, and fill in the short form to tell us about yourself.

Book onto an adventure
Once you sign up, we’ll give you access to Elias’ Theurgy Shop of Yore. This is where adventurers can book onto upcoming adventures, and spend their gold on items to use in the next game.

Enjoy the game!
When the time comes, we’ll call you into the game and introduce everyone to the players, characters, and dive into the story.

Signing up is completely free. We only use your details to add you to the system and to get in touch when we need to.

Once you sign up, we’ll create an account for you on the shop as soon as we can. We’ll even give you 1000 gold to get started.
Adventurers needed
Before the game
When you book onto an adventure, we’ll add you to a private discord group where you can meet your other party members.
We’ll also send you a link to a D&D Beyond campaign that you can join, and either pick a pre-made character or make your own.

D&D Beyond is free to get started, and we can help teach you how it all works. Don’t worry if this is your first time, we’re here to help!

We make a set of characters for you to choose from if you’re not sure how to make your own, or just want to jump right in.
Today’s the day
Playing the game
An hour before the official start time, we invite players to a pre-call where the Dungeon Master will go through each character, their skills, and abilities. This is also a good time to make sure everything is set up and working.
This pre-call is not mandatory, but it is recommended. Do not worry if everything doesn’t fully absorb into your mind during the pre-call, the DM will help along the way of the game.
Just sit back, enjoy the introduction to the game, and then settle into your character, describing what you think they would do (within reason) in any situation that arises!

Learning the game is all part of the fun so don’t worry if you’ve never played a game before.

What exactly is Ollie?
Ollie is a WordPress block theme that is designed to work with the new WordPress Site Editor. That means your site can be built with blocks, patterns, and other design elements that can be easily edited without any coding skills.
Do I need any other plugins?
Nope! Ollie is designed to work with the native WordPress editor, meaning you don’t need a page builder plugin to build a beautiful website on WordPress anymore. Of course, you can continue using your favorite plugins alongside Ollie!
What if I’ve never used the Site Editor?
Don’t worry, we’ll show you around! The Site Editor is fairly new, and lots of folks are still trying it out for the first time. There’s a lot to learn, but the site building power you’ll unlock with all of the new design tools will be well worth it!
What are patterns?
Patterns are pre-designed page elements that you can drag and drop to create unique designs. Ollie comes with an extensive collection of expertly-designed patterns, but you can also design your own patterns.
